The Mt. Tabor building experts will be at the Apple Butter Festival in Berkeley Springs, WV.
The Apple Butter Festival is a great place to shop for crafts and treats. This year, it will also be a great place to informally meet the builder of your future home or major addition. The annual event takes place in the downtown Berkeley Spring this weekend, October 6, 7 and 8. For those who haven’t attended before, it’s the area’s ultimate fall festival. The Mt. Tabor team enjoys meeting and talking with people in a low-pressure atmosphere, where people can just have a conversation. It’s after this — if the conversation goes well — a meeting can take place and plans can start to be made. Festival goers can find the Mt. Tabor representatives at Booth 227, near Perry Realty on the main drag in town.
The Clear Spring, MD-based builder has been completing more projects in Morgan County, WV over the past few years. Many of the homes are for retirees or those looking to have a place to get away from the daily work environment. Below is a recent project built in the West Virginia Panhandle.
New West Virginia Custom Home by Mt. Tabor Builders

“There are a lot of people from the city who want a place to vacation to or retire to,” says Willie Eby, owner of Mt. Tabor. “They contact us about designing and building a home in the mountains, usually around the Berkeley Springs area or just north of Hancock in Maryland. It’s a beautiful area and seems further away from the city, than it actually is.”
