Cabin Addition

Mt. Tabor’s crew of designers and builders recently completed this nicely-appointed addition to an existing cabin that is full of natural wood accents. It all starts at the timber frame entry way leading up to the composite scalloped siding. The siding matches the pre-existing cabin and LP Smart Side Diamond Kote siding and trims, finishing the exterior. Custom made wood box beams, handmade railings and a pull-out ladder make this addition feel more cozy, even with the added space to the dwelling. The Mt. Tabor team also built a handmade dresser to fit under the large windows and a custom wooden bench in the foyer. This piece allows for plenty of storage of boots, coats and hats.

In-law Suite Addition

The Mt. Tabor staff loves to work with great people again and they truly appreciate their repeat customers. Six years ago, the designers and crew put an addition on a home and installed new windows in the existing historic farmhouse. In the past eight months, the staff built a two-story addition on the home for their parents to live in and be close to family. The client had the vision of what they wanted and the team members worked hard to bring it to life in early 2024.
